Our new Mittagskogel suite is located in the Karglhof main house:

This completely new, modern flat furnished in wild oak consists of an anteroom with kitchen, living/bedroom, 2 separate bedrooms, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower/WC and a wonderful covered roof terrace facing southeast.

Enjoy the tranquillity and fantastic, unobstructed view of the mountains!
In the meantime, your children can explore the garden and get to know the animals of the house (rabbit, cat & co)!
For bathing enthusiasts, there is the large, private bathing beach on Lake Faak with a shallowly sloping sandy beach!

The passenger lift allows barrier-free access to our new barrier-free suite without stairs.

Our own bathing beach is at the free disposal of our house guests. Here you will find a large and beautifully landscaped sunbathing lawn with garden furniture and sunbeds.

New and huge playground and adventure garden for children on over 6000 m².
