The vacation home, built in the traditional wooden frame and completely renovated, is over 300 years old and listed as a historical monument. It is a country house and a vacation home at the same time and can be inhabited by eight to twelve people (in seven spacious rooms plus adjoining rooms on two floors and relax as well as the wellness zone "Waterloo" in the basement). It inspires visitors and guests alike with its history and originality. The centuries-old history of the Katsch Valley has been captured and preserved here, but by no means without sacrificing comfort. In addition to the original fireplace (Rauchkuchl), gnarled staircases, creaking doors or rustic sleeping chambers, guests can count on state-of-the-art bathrooms, sauna, kitchen, satellite TV and WLAN.

The historic and exquisitely furnished Napoleon Villa is one of the most beautiful vacation properties in Upper Carinthia and is the starting point for skiers as well as for hikers, hunters and fishermen in the nature reserve region of Pöllatal.

The exposed location of the Napoleon Villa on the sunny terrace of the rear Katsch Valley with a view of the Katsch and Pölla valleys and the nearby Tauern Mountains is just as inspiring as the varied leisure activities offered by the region: total skiing (16 lifts), ice sports and winter fun from December to April, hiking, climbing and adventure from May to November. Fantastic in summer: mountain tours in the nature reserve Pöllatal - Katschberg.

In case of cancellation our guests do not lose any money. They can consume canceled stays together with deposits or even advance payments at a later date.
