Luxurious Villa Marko is located 600 m from the beach and 700 m from the centre of Tribunj - surrounded by unspoilt nature in the quiet part of this old fishing village, away from the noise. This spacious and modern villa with 4 bedrooms, a heated infinity pool and panoramic views over Tribunj offers an ideal stay for 8 people. In the basement of the house there is a sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation room with table football and table tennis. The first floor consists of a modern kitchen, dining room and living room as a whole, from each room is possible exit to the terrace and garden with space to relax and eat. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (each with balcony and beautiful view): room nr. 1 as main room with double bed 180x200, study and private bathroom, room nr. 2 is connected with nr. 1, double bed 160 x 200, room nr. 3 also with double bed 160 x 200 and room nr. 4 with private bathroom, double bed 160 x 200. In the enclosed garden there is a pool, sunbathing area and a garage. The entire villa is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi.

Tribunj is a small fishing village with its 1500 inhabitants, located only 3km from Vodice, only 10km from Sibenik and 70km from Zadar. Part of the town is located on an island that is connected by land to a stone bridge. In the Tribunj archipelago belongs the islands of Lukovnjak and Logorun, which are accessible for bathing and excursions. Local people are traditionally engaged in fisheries and olive growing, we warmly recommend visiting a famous fish market in Tribunj, with a wide selection of fresh fish and seafood every day, we also recommend to try homemade wine and olive oil.

A small place with a large marina of 240 berths in the sea and 150 land sites. Within the marina there is a gas station and a quality yacht service. Tribunj has two beaches. The city beach Zamalin in the center of town, while you on the beach, you are all nearby, cafes, restaurants, the aforementioned marketplace and all other facilities such as bank, post office, pharmacy etc. Bristak pebble beach on the other end of town, also with a variety of restaurants and cafes, children playgrounds.

To confirm the booking, we ask for a 30% deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Dalmatian Story recommends that guests take out cancellation insurance.
48 HOURS AFTER RESERVATION
• The guest may cancel the reservation free of charge 48 hours after booking.
MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE BOOKING
• If the guest cancels more than 30 days after the date of the booking, 30% of the cancellation fee will be charged for the total amount of the reservation.
LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE BOOKING
• If guests cancel less than 30 days after the date of booking, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged for the total amount of the reservation
