Both the exterior and the interior were designed by the infamous Spanish architect Javier Barba, who describes it as follows: "The creation of emotion is one of the objectives of this project, and this is perfectly achieved when you cross the threshold, where a large window in the hall surprises the visitor with a series of wonderful views - first the pond, then the infinity pool and finally the sea.

The property follows a linear structure on a single level, and one and the same hall separates the two living areas. "On one side are arranged the bedrooms, bathrooms and master suite, which are located at the back to provide more privacy. The other area contains the common areas, with a few steps leading to a porch, bar and barbecue area. The thick walls, the irregular shaped cubes, the different heights and the rough structure remind and respect the traditional houses in Mykonos. It consists of five bedrooms with private bathrooms (one master suite), a spacious and super bright living room with attached fully equipped kitchen, while numerous openings provide direct access to the large terrace area and the long pool that surrounds the entire building. One of the bedrooms can be used for the staff that guests wish to bring with them, and there is also a laundry room.
