Our vacation apartment is located in Tumpen in the middle of the Ötztal. In a few minutes by car you can reach the family ski area Hochoetz,(3 min.) Sölden (25 min.) or Oberbgurgl-Hochgurgl (35 min.). Ski bus stop 3 minutes walk from the house.
In summer ideal starting point to the surrounding mountain and hiking huts, AREA 47, Piburger lake, climbing garden (10 min) Stuibenfall, Ötzi village, Kneipp facility,...or you can enjoy the days in our garden with pool (6.50 x 2.70), barbecue facilities, garden furniture, sandpit, slide, swing....
How to arrive
You can reach us by car on the Inntal freeway, exit Ötztal. From the west through the Arlberg tunnel. From the north via Kufstein or via the Achenpass, Mittenwald or Fernpass. From the east via Kufstein.
