The luxury villa consists of the ground floor and the first floor, both overlooking the green valley of Tuscany and the castles of Sorbello and Reschio.

Ground floor:

On the spacious entrance level is the fully equipped kitchen for your morning delicacies, which you can enjoy at the breakfast bar and table or even in the dining room with 14 seats. Would you like to have your breakfast outside? Just step into the magnetic outdoor areas (the kitchen offers direct access to the shaded terraces leading to the infinity pool). The ground floor also houses the laundry room, which you or the house staff can use, as well as a guest bathroom.

Also on this level are two well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and stunning views from the window. There is also extra sleeping space for children with two bunk beds.

Mezzanine & ground floor:

On this level there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, featuring a fireplace, desk and spacious sitting area. The second deluxe en-suite bedroom has a double bed and the same stunning views from the window as the master bedroom.

The mezzanine can accommodate up to four additional guests (bunk beds and one double bed), who can enjoy a magnificent view of the impressively landscaped courtyard and the breathtaking natural surroundings. Would you like a little more privacy to read a good book or retreat? Then the study area is probably just the thing for you.

Outdoor area:

The true wonder of the entire property is the exquisite outdoor space. Enjoy spacious dining and seating areas, pergolas, a covered gazebo with 360° views of the valley, a fantastic garden and amenities such as a wood-burning stove, a custom-built spa bath and an infinity pool with loungers.
