Perched at the end of a range of hills just outside the sleepy village of Petra, this large stately finca property enchants with its impressive sweeping views across the island of fields and wooded hills to the Bay of Alcudia and the Tramuntana Mountains. The complete tranquillity of the natural surroundings of the centre of the island relaxes you after just a few moments. From 2 to a total of max. 23 people can be accommodated here, but there is the possibility of accommodating more people, or you can book the small casita with a further two bedrooms, please enquire!The historic buildings have been combined with great attention to detail, incorporating the old style elements to create perfect accommodation for large groups. There are 4 units with 1 to 4 bedrooms, each with a separate entrance, living room, modern kitchen and private terraces. This ensures sufficient privacy.

A good 30 metres away is "Casita Toni", which has 2 double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, a large living area and an open kitchen with cooking block. The Cssita Toni is handicapped accessible. The Mediterranean garden with palms, oleander, lavender and other typical plants as well as the spacious terrace areas with 2 barbecue areas offer space for relaxing holidays and guarantee recreation with high quality standards. The sunny

natural stone terrace around the 100 sqm swimming pool is equipped with sufficient garden loungers and parasols. The leisure offer will be extended by a ping pong on the property from 2014. You can also rent the entire property with an annexe, in which case there is room for more people.

Cancellation policy

If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions and if it is not possible to rent the property to another tenant, the deposit will be retained and the following pro rata rents will be payable as compensation:

In case of cancellation
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 55 % of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75 % of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price
- In case of non-arrival without notice: 100 % of the rental price.

The landlord shall endeavour to let the rented property to other tenants.
The tenant may at any time prove a lesser loss on the part of the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.

Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the lessor is decisive. In case of cancellation before the start of the rental period, a handling fee of 100 € will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit if applicable. We strongly recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy.
