This very cosy and typical holiday house Paco is situated only 800 m from the sea and approx. 1200 m from the beach. It has access from 2 parallel streets. The house offers on 120 square metres 3 bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite, additionally a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with fireplace, air conditioning and SAT - TV. From the living room there is access to a large covered terrace overlooking the 8 x 4 metre pool, which is surrounded by terraces and lawns. There is an outdoor shower. Due to the location of the garden behind the house, the road does not disturb here!

Son Serra de Marina.... not characterised by big hotels or club complexes! Some restaurants & bars, a supermarket, pharmacy and above all a lot of beach and relaxation are looking forward to you.
The nature reserve is worth seeing.

Cancellation policy

If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions and if it is not possible to rent the property to another tenant, the deposit will be retained and the following pro rata rents will be payable as compensation:

In case of cancellation
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 55 % of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75 % of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price
- In case of non-arrival without notice: 100 % of the rental price.

The landlord shall endeavour to let the rented property to other tenants.
The tenant may at any time prove a lesser loss on the part of the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.

Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the lessor is decisive. In case of cancellation before the start of the rental period, a handling fee of 100 € will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit if applicable. We strongly recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy.
