The holiday house is situated less than 50 metres from the beach in Puerto de Alcúdia in a quiet street, away from the otherwise touristy Alcúdia.
Alcúdia is situated in the north of the island, with one of the longest sandy beaches of the island directly in front of the door.
No direct hotels at the holiday home, you have your peace and quiet at any time!
Nevertheless, you can find everything you need in less than 10 minutes on foot.

If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions and if it is not possible to rent the property to another tenant, the deposit will be retained and the following pro rata rents will be payable as compensation:
In case of cancellation
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 55 % of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75 % of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price
- In case of non-arrival without notice: 100 % of the rental price.
The landlord shall endeavour to let the rented property to other tenants.
The tenant may at any time prove a lesser loss on the part of the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the lessor is decisive. In case of cancellation before the start of the rental period, a handling fee of 100 € will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit if applicable. We strongly recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy.
