The modern Villa Mercedes is situated in the third sea line in Colonia de Sant Pere. A unique, quality property that has been designed with great attention to detail and heart by the owners themselves.

The house has a special feature, the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the spacious living-dining area with open kitchen is on the first floor to enjoy the sun's rays longer and to keep the bedrooms cooler at night in summer.

Right at the entrance of the villa you have a small green area, like a natural meadow, it is not an English lawn. There you also have a terrace with comfortable seating where you can enjoy the sun until late in the afternoon.

On the ground floor are the four functional bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and fans. The bathroom has two sinks and a large shower, this one has no door, but the WC does. Two more guest WC's are located outside at the entrance of the house, and just off the living room.

Through the modern staircase you reach the spacious living-dining area with sea view. The living area is comfortably and functionally furnished, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and there is also underfloor heating. The open, fully equipped kitchen is modern and has enough cupboards to store everything you need. The large dining table has enough space for up to 8 people or more, with beautiful light in the mornings and evenings.

Behind the living area is a staircase that leads to the large roof terrace. This offers a unique sea view from Betlem to the Cap de Formentor. A large dining table as well as two hammocks help to feel the absolute holiday feeling!

Sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth. Bicycles, paddles, snorkelling equipment and much more are available in the garage! The washing machine and dryer are also in the garage.

Cancellation policy

If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions and if it is not possible to rent the property to another tenant, the deposit will be retained and the following pro rata rents will be payable as compensation:

In case of cancellation
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 55 % of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75 % of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price
- In case of non-arrival without notice: 100 % of the rental price.

The landlord shall endeavour to let the rented property to other tenants.
The tenant may at any time prove a lesser loss on the part of the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.

Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the lessor is decisive. In case of cancellation before the start of the rental period, a handling fee of 100 € will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit if applicable. We strongly recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy.i
