It has just been completed in May 2019. The property is minimalist, modern and furnished to a high standard, with great touches so it's a real eye-catcher.

The bright living-dining area with large windows is modern yet very cosy, with a sofa corner and dining area. The open and fully equipped kitchen completes the overall picture. Cancellation policy

If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions and if it is not possible to rent the property to another tenant, the deposit will be retained and the following pro rata rents will be payable as compensation:

The tenant may at any time prove a lesser loss on the part of the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.

Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the lessor is decisive. In case of cancellation before the start of the rental period, a handling fee of 100 € will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit if applicable.
