How to arrive
Coming from the Brenner Pass, take the A22 motorway to the Bolzano South exit and then continue on the "Mebo" motorway in the direction of Merano. Drive past Merano in the direction of Reschenpass until you reach Töll and take the turnoff to Partschins. Follow the road until you see our house on the left-hand side at the entrance to the village (opposite the large bus turning area on the right-hand side).
Coming from Reschen you drive on the Vinschgau state road. Pass Schlanders and then Naturns in the direction of Töll and take the turn-off to the left to Partschins. Follow the road until you see our house on the left at the entrance to the village (opposite the large bus turning area on the right).

Please note: The booking becomes binding when a deposit is paid to confirm the booking (booking guarantee) and the booking confirmation is sent. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. In addition, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB.
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of cancellation under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
Up to 90 days before the arrival date at the latest, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
In case of cancellation by the guest in the period between the 90th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellation between 90 days and 30 days before the arrival date: 40 % of the agreed total price.
- Cancellation between 30 days and 7 days before the arrival date: 70 % of the total agreed price.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: 90 % of the agreed total price.
In the event of a no-show or early departure by the guest, the full amount is due for the entire booking period.
Any deposit already paid will be deducted from the cancellation fee.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.
