Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut ruhig, aber trotzdem nur wenige Schritte von zahlreichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten entfernt. Nur ca. 600 Meter entfernt befindet sich ein Strandbad, das zum Schwimmen und Entspannen einlädt.
Velden am Wörthersee ist eine beliebte Ferienregion und bietet eine Vielzahl von Freizeitmöglichkeiten, darunter auch Skifahren und Langlauf. Die beliebten Skigebiete Gerlitzen, Nassfeld und Kranjska Gora befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind leicht zu erreichen. Für Wintersportbegeisterte bieten diese Gebiete eine Vielzahl von Pisten für Ski-Alpin und Langlauf.
Neben Skifahren gibt es auch viele weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Wandern, Nordic Walking, Tennis, Segeln, Tauchen und Wassersport. Die Umgebung ist auch ein Paradies für Golfer, die eine Vielzahl von Golfplätzen in der Nähe finden werden. Die Region ist auch für ihre Thermalbäder bekannt, die zum Entspannen und Erholen einladen.

Are you travelling by car? I will gladly send you a route description. For guests who want to come by train, the train station is approx. 800 m away, the nearest airport 22 km.

- The prices are valid for an occupancy of 2 persons. Depending on the season, a supplement is charged for each additional person.
- The prices include beach bathing admissions!
- Arrival/departure day: Saturday, other arrival times please consult with the landlord.
- For pets a fee of Euro 25,00/animal will be charged.
- The holiday flat is handicapped accessible except for the use of the shower.
