The surroundings of the holiday home offer numerous opportunities for outdoor activities. Water sports lovers can enjoy various activities on the beach, such as windsurfing or stand-up paddling. The tennis club in the immediate vicinity of the house offers the opportunity to play a game of tennis. Those who like horseback riding can go for rides in the surrounding area.
For hikers and walkers, the forest area of the Granitz, which lies directly in front of the door, is ideal. There are numerous hiking trails here that lead through the impressive nature. Bicycle tours are also possible in the surrounding area. There is a bicycle rental in the village.
The leisure pool AHOI! in Sellin is a good option to enjoy yourself in rainy weather. It is only 12 km away and offers various slides, swimming pools and saunas.
In Binz there are numerous restaurants, cafés and shops. The town centre is within easy walking distance and offers a nice atmosphere for strolling and shopping. The beach is also just a few minutes' walk away and invites you to relax.
For larger purchases, there is an Aldi market (2 km) and an Edeka market (3 km) nearby.
If you would like to experience a special attraction, you can take a trip along the Baltic Sea coast with the racing Roland from the small railway station (1 km). The historic steam locomotive travels through picturesque landscapes and connects various places such as Sellin and Göhren.
All in all, the surroundings of Binz and the holiday home itself offer the perfect combination of relaxation and activities.
How to arrive
Stralsund - Bergen - Binz
1 . Possibility: Take the first signposted exit to Binz on the left (B 196A).
Follow the main road to the next junction, then turn right towards Binz.
Continue straight ahead on Proraer Chaussee /Jasmunder Straße / Bahnhofstraße until you reach Kleinbahnhof
(on the right-hand side). Behind the Kleinbahnhof, turn left up the "Klünderberg" and after approx.
400m turn left into Amselweg.
2nd option: Ignore the first exit and continue in the direction of Thiessow/Göhren.
Take the next signposted exit on the main road (B 196A) to Binz on the left.
In the village, turn right up the "Klünderberg" in front of the small railway station and after approx. 400m turn left into the Amselberg.
